I organised my business good with suitecrm.
I have Contacts and accounts which I export as csv and I put them into my carddav client so I have everything on my smartphone. That works very well.
But now, when I am at the customers place and example I get a new phonenumber I add it directly into the cellphone, and later in backoffice I can export it as csv which I would like to merge on my suitecrm installation.
Here I can choose it recognises duplicate entries (works well) or creates new duplicate ones, but I look for a solution to merge the new entries within the old ones, without overwriting them. Is there a possibility to perform kind of a merge entry inport?
