So, anyone could give me help?
I´m trying to setup INBOUND e-mails and I received the message: Connection failed to mboxhosting.com,993: Connection refused - Please check your settings and try again.
I populated the fields in ADMIN > Profile > Settings > TAB Mail account > with: Mail Account Name; User Name; Password; Mail Server Address and:
Mail Server Protocol: IMAP, I USed SSL checked and unchecked (the same error is showed ), Mail Server Port: 993 (or 143) and it Doesn´t matter if I try to connect by using SSL (993) or port 143 I always received the above message.
Some additional information:
- I am using Suite CRM Version 7.11.9, Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
- PHP version 7.2.24
- Apache web service
- Tested by TELNET and ports 993 and 143 are open
I verified setup in my hosting support and everything is OK.
Does anyone have a clue of what’s happening?
