Images in WSYWIG Field for Case

I have many users asking me for the ability to copy/paste images into their case resolutions and descriptions which are WYSIWYG fields. I’ve tried creating some way to make this happen but have been unable to get it to work with any of my attempts. I am using 8.9.2 and IONOS shared server for the webspace/database (which has been an issue with a lot of other customization).

Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance!

We have documents subpanel to add the files to cases for now.

The team is planning to add image field in the next release. I think that would be best for your users.

That would be awesome! I am in the process of moving everything to a VPS instead of shared IONOS server space, so I will likely upgrade when I do so in the sandbox I create.
