Icons for Custom Modules in SuiteCRM 8

Hi,

I have created 2 Custom modules, but it is not showing the Icon over there?

I know I can go for custom/themes/SuiteP/css and then reset permission and replace the style.css file and it will work.

Suppose if I create more than 50 Modules then I need to follow the above steps?

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get Icons on all modules I create?

Did you ever sort this out.I have the same issue, but for some reason the css trick is not working for me in 8.4.1.

This was resolved for me by creating an icon file in /public/legacy/themes/suite8/images.

i.e

$ cp Documents.svg MyModuleName.svg

I think you changes are not upgrade safe.

You may need to make folders and paste your icon here:

/public/legacy/custom/themes/suite8/images

You need to do QR&R and then clear cache & hard reload on the browser.
