I want the simple text editors back

I hate TinyMCE and HTML editors. There’s no reason whatsoever to have fancy HTML formatting in case notes for a support project, meanwhile the editor does not resize properly for various window sizes, and causes significant browser lag.

Could we have an option to return to a Text-Only input field? if this is already an option I haven’t found it yet.

You can disable it via commenting code
Open custom/modules/Cases/views/view.edit.php, comment echo statement.
