I need help in creating automatic welcome emails

Hi,

I’m trying to set up an automatic welcome email in Workflow.

This is what I did:

  1. I’ve created a new workflow
  2. Set WorkFlow Module: Leads
  3. Run On: New Records
  4. I’ve set specific conditions
  5. Action: Send email to “Record Email”
  6. I’ve created an email template - Just unsure whether it should be “email” or “campaign”

I tried to register through my landing page and it doesn’t work… I didn’t receive a welcome email.
Can anyone please let me know what I have done wrong???

Was the lead entered into the CRM?

Can you provide a screen shot of your full workflow?
