I cannot create new activities

Hello. I’m having trouble trying to create new activities for clients. After I enter the details of the activity and press ‘save’ the console shows and error and nothing gets saved. I cannot create activities.

The error says :

"failed to load resource: the server responded with with a status 403 en_us.js

I’m using:

Version 7.9.1
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)

Hi roostertoons,

This looks like an issue with permissions, the server is throwing the 403 as it cannot access the files. Try setting permissions and clearing the cache.
