i integrated suite crm with google calendar…but once i create a meeting its syncs on google calander after 5 hours…

Is this using the included Google Calendar sync within SuiteCRM? Check out the documentation here.
That’s it! By default, the sync happens every quarter hour. That can be changed by the Administrator in the Scheduler configuration.
If so, it does say that it should try and sync up every quarter of an hour (every 15 minutes) but I suspect if you create lots it may delay it abit.
Have a look at your schedulers and confirm they are running as frequently, you may have set them to run at longer intervals. The scheduler you’re looking for is called Sync Google Calendars
