Http failure response for https://suitecrm.visionova.it/api/graphql: 403 OK after update from 8.2.0 to 8.2.1

I updated suitecrm from 8.2.0 to 8.2.1. The update process worked without any error, but now when I open SuiteCRM login page it remains with the loading suitecrm logo and I have a lot of errors in console log:
One is:
POST https://suitecrm.url/api/graphql 403
What I tryed:

  1. Cache clear
  2. Apache restart

HTTP error 403 is “unauthorized”. Something about permissions, cached credentials, etc. Try restarting web server, accessing from a different PC, see if that changes anything.
