I assume you know how to install php scripts on Ubuntu? If not then I suggest the Ubuntu forums.

If its just because SuiteCRM is not working then:

The version of php in that version of Ubuntu is a newer version which Sugar/SuiteCRM is not fully compatible with. You may only have to turn off strict standards in your php .ini file to get it to work if not down grade your php to 5.3.
