Hi, I’ve sent some emails from a list of leads, I can see in each lead history all the messages.
How can I view the list of all messages sent?
If I check in the EMAIL module I can’t find that messages.

Why I can’t see the messages sent by the record page in the email sent list?
I have the messages in the history of each record, but I can’t see them in the email sent list.
Can I filter records in the lead list by email sent? I am working on contacts one by one, by phone or mail, but I difficulties tracking the ones I have already contacted.

I am not sure what is happening, but your email server and SuiteCRM are two different stores of email data. They get synchronized in several ways.
When you send an email, normally email clients have some option to “save a copy in the Sent folder”. I am not sure how SuiteCRM handles this. If you can access your email server from elsewhere (like some webmail) you could check what is in the Sent
folder. I am guessing that it won’t be there, and that’s why inside SuiteCRM you also don’t see it in Emails sent.
But the record probably exists in SuiteCRM, and thus can be shown in History.
I know I am not giving you a finished solution, but if this can help you make sense of what is happening maybe then it is easier to search for more solutions online.
