How to use suite CRM as IT service desk within organization?

SuiteCRM comes with a lot of modules and functionality that allows you to use it on almost any industry. It also offers flexibility to customize to adapt it to your needs. Now, there is another open source tool that is dedicated to help desk. It’s called GLPI. I have used in the past. Take a look into it.

(Not trying to minimize the power of SuiteCRM. I just think the other tool is dedicated for that purpose)
