how to use an email template to invite a lead to a meeting

Hello.

How to send an email invitation automatically after creating a new personal meeting with the lead (meeting task)

we can not attach any email template in the meeting task creator

I would like to have to avoid creating another email task to invite the lead to that meeting. it takes so much time when u have so many leads

You can do it with a Workflow, have you tried it?

hi @pgr can you give a little more info on how this can be achieved with workflow please?
are we able to include the meeting date and the ‘Accept’ and ‘Decline’ links in the workflow email template?
