How to 'uncheck' or turn off auto email reminders when logging a call for a lead

Hi,

Iā€™d like to know where can I ā€˜uncheckā€™ or turn off auto email reminders when logging a call for a lead. I would like to change the default behavior as I donā€™t want the lead/prospect customer to get an email whenever we log a call.

Hi,

I believe this is based on your User Preferences.

So, if you click your username on the top-right, you will be taken to your Userā€™s Edit view.

On this page, if you navigate to the ā€œAdvancedā€ tab, you can modify the settings on the right to your preference.
(Such as, If you have ā€œEmail Inviteesā€ unchecked, it wonā€™t pop up automatically when logging a call/meeting)
