How to tweak the calendar to schedule people, office, conference, and shifts?

I am curious if anyone has tweaked the calendar in SuiteCRM to schedule meetings with people when they are working different hours, reserving a specific conference room in different offices (so there isn’t double booking), and possible staff shifts?

Not sure if you just create a new user as each conference room in each office as part of the solution and add them as invitees. Scheduling different people for different times is challenging as well.
