How to stop emails when a contact is assigned to user?

Hello Community,

I would like to stop the system generated emails you receive when a contact is assigned to a new user. I can’t find it nor under “Emails” neither under Workflows.

Do you have a suggestion?

The email account definitiion is under

Admin / Outbound email / system account

Then you have an option to turn this off globally in

Admin / Email Settings / Email options section / Assignment notifications

And there’s a per-user setting in

[User profile] / Advanced / Notify on assignment
