Can anyone suggest me how to pre populate line items when we click on create quotes option in the SuiteCRM
Not possible out of the box, you would need to customise this via code.
If you wanted a method for this which didn’t include custom coding I would recommending having a Template Quote which is simply duplicated whenever a new quote needs to be created.
