How to Opt Out lead emails in bulk?

Hi:

I’ve imported a lead list. Separately, I have a list/csv file of opted out emails for which I need to update my leads. To do it one by one by opening each lead would take hours. Is there a way, perhaps using the import mechanism, to mass update lead emails as Opted Out?

You would need to run a database update to achieve this.
