I had some problems with various attachments after mass importing archives. I was trying to delete the history but have to do it one by one.
Is there a tab in which I can mass delete history in my case section?
Only I can think of doing this is through database query.
Do you have a list of all the IDs of the cases you imported? Are all the history Notes or do they also include Emails, Calls etc?
