we’re doing some email outreach to existing customers and to new ones.
Additionally, there are some status values / progress steps that need to be tracked.
For instance:
New lead will receive email 01.
In case the lead did not react, there’ll be a follow up (email 02).
The ‘not reacting’ bit needs to be checked manually, so the follow up needs to be manually as well.
For existing customers, we do an outreach once per quarter (q email 01, q email 02, …).
The same would be true for leads, which have reacted.
How would you do this?
Workflow for email 01 after creating.
Workflow for email 02 after updating and changing field “reacted” to a date or similar.
And then newsletter campaigns for the quarterly?
That would be one newsletter-campaign per quarter?
