Recenty there was an Issue related to this:

The fix was merged and I think (not sure, though) that it’s in v. 7.8.2 (or maybe only in the next, upcoming version).
What version are you running?
Basically, what that does is invoke whatever your Operating System is configured to do with phone numbers. So, if you can start a call from Windows by doing Start > Run > and typing “callto:phonenumber”, you should get a call when you click from within SuiteCRM.

I have no idea about your second question. I’ve never used those systems, the first time I learned about their existence was when I read your post. : - )
You need to set 3cx to export CDR (call detail records) to a file (which you can customize the output fields), and then schedule a job to import that into suitecrm.
Looking at the crm import template, there are some mismatches in fields, and I wonder about the date/time formatting.
I’m considering doing this myself. What version of 3cx are you running? Interested on working on this together?
