How to make a dashlet report for a selected user with the count of leads and their status.
That report will show when he logged in in suiteCRM for his assigned leads only.

Perhaps a quick report like this, would work?:
These Fields/Conditions would show Lead info, but only for leads that are assigned to yourself
Then, the user can add the “Reports” dashlet via the Homepage->Add Dashlets button
And select this report, getting:
(If needed, you could also build Charts for this Report, and show these in the Dashlet)
