Two way i able to solve my issue but dont know how could i achieve this,really appreciate if you have any suggestion:
What i try to achieve is:
1st way:
sales rep sent email through websites contact form or call using regular phone(no voip), then select from dropdown that contact in suitecrm details that email sent/1st call done and select date,
then i need to show selected drop down info and date in two or 1 colum in contact module list view.
2nd way:
after sending email or direct call, sales rep need to write a note/select from drop down field 1st call done or 1st email sent and also select date from dropdown.
i need to see that info (email or call and date)from contacts list view.
could you please able to give some advice how could i achieve this?TIA.
