Can someone please guide as I am Looking to integrate SuiteCRM with our internal telephony system using REST API. Need help with authentication, endpoints, and sample code for inbound/outbound call logging.
That would require a significant amount of custom code, and would depend on the telephony system itself, along with its auth/REST methods and its ability to call remote services (you would need to also code something to receive those calls as well).
