Welcome to the forums :tada:

I assume your looking to install SuiteCRM on a windows 10 enviroment?
If this is the case you have a few simple options;

  1. The one that @p.konetskiy mentioned above
  2. XAMPP
  3. AMPPS
  4. I’m sure there are many other that work also

Install your chosen application,
I would suggest using a Linux command-line tool like git bash to unzip a SuiteCRM installer package and set permissions as shown here
