But i don’t know how to get these plug -ins from SuiteCRM store and integrate them into the SuiteCRM 8

You can search for add-on on the website. Create your account on it and try out add-on by downloading appropriate file for your suitecrm version.

You will find installation guild on the add-on’s page.
