How to include print as pdf for the cases module?

Account values not working in cases PDF template

PDF for Cases is customization as it seems. I had this in multiple projects already, especially with custom PDF modules and custom modules in general: The related field values wouldn’t render. It’s a long time ongoing issue: One workaround is to simply duplicate data (from accounts into cases in your case). Not nice & clean, but so much simpler and faster.
