This would be custom functionality, as if you remove the edit functionality, users cannot create cases, only view them.

Hello arpit,

I’ve added a new feature to SecuritySuite - Full Edition that separates the Create and Edit rights so that you can define roles where users can only create new Cases, but cannot edit existing Cases. It just adds a “Create” column to the Roles grid:

Forgot to mention that the Create rights feature has been tested on SuiteCRM 7.1.3.
