How to get images that I uploaded in CRM

Hello guys,

First of all thank you for helping me on this issue, so the problem is that I want to get the images (.png, .jpg) that are uploaded in CRM, but the only thing I found in the folder /upload, is some kind of image but in windows registry format, not in png or jpg.
So my question is how can I get those images that are in windows registry format, to png or jpg, so I can work with them in photoshop or whatever application.

those files a just without extension, add the extension at the end and you will have a windows readable format
