How to enable creation of Security Group for a regular user?

Hello

Here s my use case

User 1 (regular user) creates a VIP Contact 1. He wants to assign another user (let s say user 2) to view/edit this VIP record .
User 1 (regular user) creates a VIP Contact 2. He wants to assign another user (let s say user 3) to view/edit this VIP record .

Is there a way this can be achieved in Suite?

I am thinking this should be possible by Security Group but since this user is a regular user(and not admin user) he cannot create security group and every time he has to contact admin user if a group has to created.

Is there a way to enable creation of security group by regular users? That way, he can assign the record & user 2 to the new security group.

Or is there a better way to do this? Pls let me know.

Hi Jeeva,

By default, sugar user is able to assign record to any other user.

Did you create any filter with security groups ?

Yes but my requirement is that both user1 & user 2 should be able to have full control on contact 1 .

And user1 should be able to assign his contact to multiple users (user 2, user3 etc)

Is this feasible?

I think it is only admin module. but you can test - create a role and give all access for security group module. Select all users for this role.
Please share here your finding.
