How to Edit this field "Date and Time"

Hi I need to know how to put more seconds into the time field, I make a custom module with studio and add a date and time field, but the time field only gives me 4 default values 00,15,30,45. I need to this field give me the option to put any second from 01 to 59. how can I achieve this? thank you, look image attached:
