How to customize existing tooltips for modules.

I want to customize certain existing tooltips for our team.

For instance: Edit Sugar Dashlets on homepage.

There are lot of places where variety of tooltips are there; want to understand the logic to change OR add these as required.

Hi Elena,

In terms of change, do you wish to modify the output or just style the look of the tooltip? Tool tips generally run on the value within the title tag of an element.
