How to create new layout design for my custom module and action using angular component

I have my custom Module and some custom action.

for my custom action i want to create different design than suiteCRM view through angular component

I have create through public/legacy/custom/modules/$modulesname/views/view.detail.php
but i want to create this by using angular component

can anyone help me?
