How to Create Dynamic Dropdowns for Module List and Module Fields (Slack API Integration)

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a package to integrate the Slack API with SuiteCRM, and I need some guidance. I’m trying to create two dynamic fields:

  1. Module List: A dropdown that displays all the available modules in SuiteCRM.
  2. Module Fields: A dropdown that dynamically displays all fields of the selected module.

The idea is to have the Module Fields dropdown automatically update when a module is selected from the Module List dropdown.

I’ve been looking into how to dynamically populate these fields and trigger updates based on user selection. Has anyone successfully implemented something similar, or can point me in the right direction on how to achieve this in SuiteCRM 8 (or SuiteCRM 7)?

Any help, suggestions, or examples would be greatly appreciated! :blush:
