How to create a custom entity?

i am thinking about giving up on espoCRM due to its lack of enterprise-level support for deployment and abismial documentation and the horrible attitude of the lead developer

suitecrm looks very cool and more modern but one thing i’d need todo is a few custom entites, as we’d like this to manage our production as well as sales

If you want to create custom module/entity in the SuiteCRM, you can do it using Module builder.

@jamacdon welcome to the community. I think you’ll find SuiteCRM has everything you need. It’s a bit self serve though unless you hire a support person/developer and/or sign up for a support plan with Sales Agility.

There’s lots of great people here willing to help on the forum.
