Sorry can you clarify your question a bit please.
By controlling user activity management do you mean limiting what people are allowed to access? If that’s what you mean then if you go to roles in admin you can set up different roles which give different amounts of access to the crm. You can then assign these roles to individual users or groups of users.
If you mean activity management in terms of what tasks, calls and meetings people are carrying out then the system includes modules for them, all if which can be reported on in the reports module.
