how to configure windows event scheduler for newly module created

My scheduler is not working for new module which i created but its works perfectly for the existing module which comes directly which suitecrm.
Does it required any configuration to add new module to scheduler list

Does the module have a scheduler in Admin -> Schedulers? Is it active? Has it ever run?
