How to configure support mail

Hi

I would like to know how to configure the ticketing mail system in suitecrm?. when a customer send mail to support@abc.com it sends an auto replay with the ticket number and communicate through ticket number.

It’s been a long time to test this.

I have followed that guide but I dont see portal user button on Contacts detail view page. I think this is because I have un ticked Enable External Portal . Since I dont have any joomla site.

Do am I need to setup a joomla site or with other normal html or php website can i achieve this
