How to configure a Microsoft OAuth Provider

As per my subject, I would like to configure microsoft oauth. I followed this guide:

but I am stuck on step 3: Configure the Microsoft Provider in SuiteCRM

In the email section, the items are missing:

External OAuth connections
External OAuth Providers

and so I can’t continue the configuration. The version of SuiteCRM is 7.12.11.
Can anyone tell me why I am missing and those entries and how can I continue? Thank you.

Hello! This solution was implemented in the 7.13 version, you will not find these items in 7.12.11, you need to update your version
