A company’s establishment date assumes that the field is {P0}. Need to calculate its anniversary date?

For example, {P0} = 2015-01-12, today’s date is 2019-11-28, then the anniversary date should be: 2020-01-12;
For example, {P0} = 2001-12-12, today’s date is 2019-11-28, then the anniversary date should be: 2019-12-12;

How do I write a calculation formula?

I never tried this, but it seems there’s a function called “AddYears”
