How to add / remove dashboard widgets programatically

I’ve added our existing faq web page to my dashboard but what I didn’t realise was that it automatically breaks out of its iframe. So now when I log in to suitecrm it automatically “redirects” me to the FAQ page so I never get the chance to remove the widget.

How can I remove/ disable this widget so I can use Suite CRM again? Is there a db entry I can tweak?

Once I’ve got the FAQ page to stop breaking out of the iframe I want to add it to everyone’s dash so that they all have access. How can I add the widget to everyone’s dash?
