How to add ADD more field like multiple Emails

Hello Experts
i was trying to add field like where we can enter multiple values as suitecrm gives in Email Address how can i add that field ?

What have you got already, could you provide some examples of the code you are using?

No sir was trying to add the field from Studio .

I’m sure someone will correct me if i’m wrong however i don’t believe this can be done via studio. I will take a quick look at the code and throw an example your way.
