Hello and followed all the steps but can not see the fields in studio

Hello, I am trying to Achieve esta functionality in a custom module but I have not the Desired result, and Followed the steps:

  1. create the file called emailaddress.php in custom \ Extension \ modules \ u32 Checks \ Ext \ Vardefs with the following contents:

  1. then make a quick repair and went to study but not visualize the email field.

Not that part I’m wrong, if someone can help me with this issue would be very grateful

Have you did Repair & Build ?

I use same code , Its working fine in my custom module.

But i cannot seen this field in studio of layout in edit-view.

Hi,

i was able to add the field and it’s working, but the save and retrive functions are not working as expected, when i save the record after adding an email, nothing happens.
