How I can see the activity stream of other users?

I wonder how I can see the activity stream of other users that I have.

For example, I want to see the flow of activities of my vendors.

how can I do this?

The activity stream should show information/actions from all users.

Is it only showing your flow of activities?

I want to hide activity of users to other users and show it only to admin.

For example any changes I make to Opportunities is seen under activity dashlet for every user , I wanna show them to the current user and admin

It is designed to know activities of all users in the SuiteCRM.

Since before 2014, the way to do this is to use Security Groups to allow only current user (and admin) to see their own Opportunities on the Activity Stream dashlet.

  1. Typical setup of Security Groups - higher position users can see all activities of users below them in the hierarchy - regular users see only their own items. Adapt this so you see the Activity stream of your Vendors:
  1. Blank lines in the Activity Stream was fixed in 2019.
