I am using Mailwizz for our email marketing campaigns, and it has been quite a powerful tool for us so far. I am new to SuiteCRM, and I haven’t found a way to integrate the two yet. So, I’m considering using the built-in email system that SuiteCRM offers. How advanced is it compared to popular email marketing tools? What are its limitations? Can we do cold emails with SuiteCRM? Does it support features like scheduling, IP rotations, and multiple SMTP servers?
Honestly, I find SuiteCRM email campaigns overly complicated to setup both from a user perspective and from a technical setup perspective. In addition they are only really good for newsletter type of thing.
Here is a tutorial I did that covers it in detail:
Personally I use Mautic integrated with SuiteCRM which is more robust for automated email campaigns.
Hello Kennedy,
technically, you can get somewhere but it’s not on a level of a marketing automation.
Can we do cold emails with SuiteCRM?
- Yes, no problem.
Does it support features like scheduling
- Yes, sort of and with workflows etc. much is possible.
IP rotations
- Nope
multiple SMTP servers?
- Somewhat … you can setup multiple servers, but it’s tricky to work with them.
What I usually do is to integrate SuiteCRM and Mautic it if comes to more sophisticated Mail campaigns / requirements.
If you want to stick with Mailwizz, you can probably integrate it via API and get very far with your requirements.
There is low code software out there, that makes integration easy.
In case, you’ve got some more specific requirements, you can build some fitting logic with those tools.

It’s focusing on n8n - but should work in a similar manner in make.com
