How free of cost SugarCRM and SuiteCRM?

Hello Everone,

To reduce cost of the CRM system in my company I managed to install a working SuiteCRM 7.1.1 , because I experience big issues with the 7.1.2.

But my question is?

How free is SugarCRM ?

You must pay for all the extra services , like the mobile version.

And… …what is the difference between the CE version en SuiteCRM or Pro version. There are different mobile versions. to use like Sugar Mobile en QuickCRM.

Can someone give me some clear view about this, because I can have everything from Zoho I want for 180€/month for 10 user. Is SugarCRM/SuiteCRM really so much better in support, software and cost Is there also some paid support where I can asked quick question because my time is also very limited.

Hi Bernard,

SuiteCRM is completely free. There are many extensions out there which are free and paid for which you can use to extend the functionality. SuiteCRM has been built on SugarCRM CE 6.5.x but has a large amount of additional modules, enhanced customisations and additional functionality.
