How Enable Inbox button in Email module

Inbox button is not showing in our email module.

How to Enable Inbox button in Email module, i.e. through setting or programming??.

There are more about a hundred versions of SuiteCRM, please don’t make us guess which one you are using… :slight_smile:

Have you set up that user’s email? Go to user’s profile, there is a tab for email accounts settings.

Sir we are using SuiteCRM Open Source Version 7.9.1
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509).

Email id already configured and working. But problem is that the INBOX button is not showing in Email Module… Please see the screen both print screen.

Please give a solution.

the first thing would clearly be this: upgrade to 7.9.4.

The 7.9.0 release introduced a completely new Email client, and the past few weeks there were a LOT of bugs fixed. So upgrade SuiteCRM to get all these fixes, and then try again.
