I apologize if this is already covered somewhere, but I’ve searched for it on the suiteCRM web, on the forums, and on github and could not find it:

What is the process that one should follow to submit an enhancement/change request to SuiteCRM?

You can fork the project, make your changes, and then make a pull request via GitHub. Please see this article for more information.
