How can i upgrade from 7.11.20 to 7.12.x or 7.13.x

I cannot see the package to upgrade from 7.11.20 to 7.12.x or 7.13.x
the link i saw is Download - SuiteCRM

somebody can guide me just to find the package?

In that page you linked, in the “SuiteCRM 7.13” block, click the link that says “Fro upgrades and other options, click here”.

Ok, then the big red button at the bottom of the page will take you to a full repository of packages, “FULL RELEASE ARCHIVE”
