Hello, I am looking for a way to hide the left hand recently viewed menu by default, can anyone help me?

use your browser’s Developer mode to see qhat is changing when you toggle that menu

look for that in one of the files in this directory, and customize it to fit your intent:
themes/SuiteP/tpls/
